This blackberry was described as used (not new as the title says, I actually bought a used one from the marketplace), but its exact condition wasn't described, so I was a bit wary as I wasn't sure what exactly I was getting. When I got the phone, it actually exceeded my expectations as it looks new and you wouldn't know it's been used. Thanks!
Re the phone itself, I've been using it for about a week now and I'm very happy with it. I'm still gradually discovering all its functionalities, but so far, so good. The battery life is very good, but I would advice buying the case that shuts down the keys. This is because I usually lock the phone and put it in my bag, but if I'm searching for something in my bag and just happen to touch the keypad, it switches itself on and stays on for a while. I know this will eventually affect the battery life, so I intend to buy the case. Other than this, absolutely no complaints about the phone.
